What’s on the menu
The BBQ starts at 5:30 p.m. and runs until 9:30 p.m. Pre-Rodeo entertainment appears on the entertainment stage from 6:00 p.m. until 7:15 p.m.
Routtie's Barbecue
At Routtie’s our goal is to fuel your inner fire with low and slow pecan smoked Colorado meats served with our secret BBQ sauce. Complimenting our BBQ are Colorado craft beers on tap along with a full bar.

The rodeo serves coke products, wine and beer and there are three full bars open until the rodeo is over.
